A fun (and cute!) twist on my favorite margarita recipe with a little Blue Curacao and adorned with a red and white bobber–this is the perfect lake-side sipper!
If you are from Minnesota you are likely already WELL acquainted with this drink, or at least the restaurant it is from–Zorbaz! Gosh, we freaking LOVE Zorbaz but it is a bit of a hike to get to one from our house, and sadly not on our lake! So I thought I would recreate it for myself and share it with you!
I modified my favorite Classic Margarita recipe by adding in Blue Curacao and garnishing with the classic red and white bobber, just like Zorbaz! The end result is a delicious marg that is cute as a button and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!
Don’t get me wrong, I am ABSOLUTELY going to get the Blue Bobber next time we roll in to Zorbaz because, well, tradition BUT, I might have a few of these in between visits!
I hope you enjoy this fun lakeside cocktail! When you do, be sure to tag me on the ‘gram so I can send you a virtual cheers!
