Finally getting my act together for the girls Easter goodies!
I like to stuff the girls baskets with things they will actually use vs. a bunch of candy. Added bonus–most things are from Target and Amazon if you are needing to get your act together quickly like I did! 😉
- I found these cute Butterfly and Frog stepping stones from Target! I know the girls will enjoy painting them (perfect rainy day activity BTW!) and we will put them in our flower garden once they are finished! I also picked up these fairy houses, windchimes and spring windsock craft sets so we have somethings to do over Easter break! Clearly I am loving this Mondo Llama brand from Target!
- This necklace screams Addie and I might just have to borrow it for myself. Seriously, how cute is it!? I ordered this one for Emmie since her favorite color is blue.
- Addie has been obsessed with earrings since she got her ears pierced last summer. I am a fan of seasonal everything so these are perfect…for the both of us 😉 She is going to flip when she sees those flower hang-y earrings!
- The girls need new sandals so I grabbed the same ones they had last year, just in a different color. They held up so well but just don’t fit! They are perfect with shorts or little dresses and can get wet which is a big win for us! I grabbed the toddler sized ones for Emmie. While I was looking for sandals I also picked up these dressier ones for the girls–they come in both girls and toddler sizes which is a win for our house!
- Nail polish is also a hot ticket item at our house! We love Olive and June so I picked up this pretty blue shade for Emmie and pink for Addie.
- These cute Lip Jellies are also always a hit with little girls (and mamas)! I can no longer sneak Beautycounter into their baskets because these girls are onto me but they fit in a plastic egg and don’t include the unsafe ingredients most kiddos makeup contains!
- Glitter Glue–I’m not sure about you but we burn through this stuff at our house!
- I am going to tuck these Squishmallows into eggs this year thanks to a suggestion from my friend Mandy! The girls are crazy for Squishmallows and don’t have any of this size so I think they will love the surprise of finding them in the eggs!
- Last but not least I did pick up some of our favorite Yum Earth candy! The jelly beans, giggles (basically like Skittles without the junk!), gummies and suckers are all great!
This is the Easter basket I finally got my hands on last year for the girls! They are so cute and are the perfect size. If you need more inspo, feel free to check out last year’s Easter basket round up here.
I hope this post helps stir up some ideas for you! I am always looking for new ideas myself so please post what your favorite Easter basket goodies are in the comments!
